अथ दुर्योधनो राजा शकुनिश्चापि सौबल:
atha duryodhano rājā śakuniś cāpi saubalaḥ
അപ്പോൾ രാജാവ് ദുര്യോധനനും സൗബാലവംശജനായ ശകുനിയും കൂടി മുന്നോട്ട് നീങ്ങി—ഇവിടെ മുതൽ അവരുടെ മന്ത്രവും കണക്കുകൂട്ടിയ ഉദ്ദേശവും സംഭവങ്ങളെ രൂപപ്പെടുത്താൻ തുടങ്ങി.
