Skanda’s Consecration as Devasenāpati
शीघ्रमेव भवस्वाग्निस्त्वं पुनलॉक भावन: । विज्ञातश्नासि लोकेषु त्रिषु संस्थानचारिषु,यह देख वे डरते-डरते धीरेसे उनके पास गये। उस समय उनसे अंगिरा मुनिने कहा -- देव! आप पुनः शीघ्र ही लोकभावन अग्निके पदपर प्रतिष्ठित हो जाइये; क्योंकि तीनों लोकों तथा स्थावर-जंगम प्राणियोंमें आपकी प्रसिद्धि है
śīghram eva bhavasvāgnis tvaṃ punar lokabhāvanaḥ | vijñātaś cāsi lokeṣu triṣu saṃsthānacāriṣu ||
“ലോകഭാവനാ! ഉടൻ തന്നെ വീണ്ടും അഗ്നിയാകുക. മൂന്നു ലോകങ്ങളിലും—സ്ഥിരവും ചരവുമായ എല്ലാ ജീവികളിലും—നീ സുപരിചിതനും പ്രസിദ്ധനുമാണ്.”
