गुरौ चानृतिके पापे कृतघ्ने ग्रामयाजके । वेदविक्रयिणे दत्तं तथा वृषलयाजके

Transliteration

gurau cānṛtike pāpe kṛtaghne grāmayājake | vedavikrayiṇe dattaṃ tathā vṛṣalayājake ||

Translation

കപടനും പാപിയും അസത്യവാദിയുമായ ഗുരുവിന്; കൃതഘ്നന്; ഗ്രാമയാജകനു (ലാഭത്തിനായി കർമ്മകാണ്ഡം ചെയ്യുന്നവന്); വേദം വിൽക്കുന്നവന്; അതുപോലെ വൃഷലയാജകനു (വൃഷലർക്കായി യാജനം ചെയ്യുന്നവന്)—ഇവർക്കു നൽകിയ ദാനം ശുദ്ധ പുണ്യഫലം നൽകുകയില്ല.
