स निस्तरति दुर्गाणि स्वर्गलोक॑ च गच्छति । जो लोग कंधेपर जुआ उठानेमें समर्थ बलवान बैल ब्राह्मणोंको दान करते हैं, वे दुःख और संकटोंसे पार होकर स्वर्गलोकमें जाते हैं
sa nistarati durgāṇi svargalokaṃ ca gacchati |
മാർക്കണ്ഡേയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അവൻ ദുര്ഗമമായ കഷ്ടങ്ങൾ കടന്ന് സ്വർഗ്ഗലോകത്തെത്തുന്നു. ചുമലിൽ നുകം വഹിക്കാൻ ശേഷിയുള്ള ബലവാനായ കാളകളെ ബ്രാഹ്മണർക്കു ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നവർ, ദുഃഖവും പ്രതിസന്ധിയും അതിക്രമിച്ച് സ്വർഗ്ഗം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു।
