दातारं हानुगच्छन्ति सर्वे कामाभिवाज्छिता: । जो दिद्वान् ब्राह्मणको भूमिदान करता है, उस दाताके पास सभी मनोवाजञ्छित भोग स्वतः आ जाते हैं
dātāraṃ hānugacchanti sarve kāmābhivāñchitāḥ | yo vidvān brāhmaṇako bhūmidāna kartā hai, us dātāke pāsa sabhī manovāñchita bhoga svataḥ ā jāte haiṃ |
മാർക്കണ്ഡേയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ദാതാവിനെ അനുഗമിച്ച് എല്ലാ അഭിലഷിതസുഖങ്ങളും വരുന്നു. ജ്ഞാനിയായ ദാതാവ് ബ്രാഹ്മണനു ഭൂമിദാനം ചെയ്താൽ, അവൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന ഭോഗസമ്പത്തുകൾ എല്ലാം സ്വയം എത്തിച്ചേരും।
