करिष्यामि हि तत् सर्वमुक्त यत् ते मयि प्रभो | युधिष्ठिरने कहा--द्विजश्रेष्ठ] आपने मुझे जो उपदेश दिया है, वह मेरे कानोंको मधुर एवं मनको प्रिय लगा है। विभो! मैं आपकी आज्ञाका यत्नपूर्वक पालन करूँगा। ब्राह्मणश्रेष्ठ। मेरे मनमें लोभ, भय और ईर्ष्या नहीं है। प्रभो! आपने मेरे लिये जो कहा है, इसका अवश्य पालन करूँगा
kariṣyāmi hi tat sarvam uktaṃ yat te mayi prabho |
യുധിഷ്ഠിരൻ പറഞ്ഞു— “ദ്വിജശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! നിങ്ങൾ നൽകിയ ഉപദേശം എന്റെ ചെവികൾക്ക് മധുരവും ഹൃദയത്തിന് പ്രിയവും ആയി തോന്നി. വിഭോ! ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ആജ്ഞയെ യത്നപൂർവം പാലിക്കും. ബ്രാഹ്മണശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! എന്റെ മനസ്സിൽ ലാഭമില്ല, ഭയമില്ല, അസൂയയും ഇല്ല. പ്രഭോ! എന്റെ ഹിതത്തിനായി നിങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞതെല്ലാം ഞാൻ നിർബന്ധമായി അനുഷ്ഠിക്കും.”
