कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः
Kṛtayuga Description and Instruction on Royal Dharma
स्वप्रमाणमथो विप्र त्वया कृतमनेकश: । घोरेणाविश्य तपसा वेधसो निर्जितास्त्वया
svapramāṇam atho vipra tvayā kṛtam anekaśaḥ | ghoreṇāviśya tapasā vedhaso nirjitās tvayā ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ വിപ്രാ, നിങ്ങൾ പലവട്ടം കൈവരിച്ചതിന്റെ തെളിവ് നിങ്ങൾ തന്നെയാണ്. ഭയങ്കരമായ തപസ്സിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ച്, സൃഷ്ടിശക്തിയുള്ള പ്രജാപതിമാരെയ്ക്കും തപോബലത്തോടെ നിങ്ങൾ ജയിച്ചു।
