इन्द्रस्य पाण्डवैः समागमः
Indra’s Meeting with the Pāṇḍavas
तस्मात् सहैभि: सैन्यैस्ते वर्ध प्राप्स्यति मानुषात् । त्वं चाप्येभिह्तै: सैन्य: क्लेशं प्राप्येह दुर्मति: । तमेव मानुषं दृष्टवा किल्बिषाद विप्रमोक्ष्यसे
tasmāt sahaibhiḥ sainyais te vardha prāpsyati mānuṣāt | tvaṃ cāpy ebhiḥ hataiḥ sainyaiḥ kleśaṃ prāpyeha durmatiḥ | tam eva mānuṣaṃ dṛṣṭvā kilbiṣād vipramokṣyase ||
അതിനാൽ ഈ സൈന്യങ്ങളോടുകൂടി നീ ഒരു മനുഷ്യന്റെ മുഖേന വർദ്ധിയും വിജയവും പ്രാപിക്കും. എന്നാൽ ഹേ ദുര്മതേ! ഈ സൈന്യങ്ങൾ വധിക്കപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ നീ ഇവിടെ ക്ലേശം അനുഭവിക്കും. പക്ഷേ ആ മനുഷ്യനെ തന്നെയൊന്നു കണ്ടാൽ നീ പാപത്തിൽ നിന്ന് മോചിതനാകും.
