Arjuna’s Arrival and Reunion on the Sacred Mountain
तमापतत्तं वेगेन प्रभिन्नमिव वारणम् | वत्सदन्तैस्त्रिभि: पाश्वे भीमसेन: समार्दयत्,मदकी धारा बहानेवाले गजराजकी भाँति मणिमानको बड़े वेगसे आता देख भीमसेनने वत्सदन्त नामक तीन बाणोंद्वारा उनकी पसलीमें प्रहार किया
tam āpatattaṁ vegena prabhinnam iva vāraṇam | vatsadantaiḥ tribhiḥ pārśve bhīmasenaḥ samārdayat ||
മദജലം ഒഴുകുന്ന മഹാഗജത്തെപ്പോലെ അതിവേഗത്തിൽ മണിമാൻ പാഞ്ഞുവരുന്നത് കണ്ട ഭീമസേനൻ ‘വത്സദന്ത’ എന്ന മൂന്ന് അമ്പുകളാൽ അവന്റെ പാർശ്വത്തിൽ പ്രഹരിച്ചു।
