Arjuna’s Arrival and Reunion on the Sacred Mountain
तदेकायनमासाद्य विषमं भीमदर्शनम् | बहुतालोच्छूयं शूद्धमारुरोह महाबल:,वह पर्वत ऊँची-नीची भूमियोंसे युक्त और देखनेमें भयंकर था। उसकी ऊँचाई कई ताड़ोंके बराबर थी और उसपर चढ़नेके लिये एक ही मार्ग था, तो भी महाबली भीमसेन उसके शिखरपर चढ़ गये
tad ekāyanam āsādya viṣamaṃ bhīmadarśanam | bahutālocchūyaṃ śuddham āruroha mahābalaḥ ||
ആ ഏകമാത്ര ദുഷ്കരമായ പാതയിലെത്തി, അസമവും ഭീകരദർശനവുമായ, പല താളമരങ്ങളുടെ ഉയരമുള്ള ആ പർവ്വതം മഹാബലനായ ഭീമൻ കയറി.
