तमाश्रमपदं प्राप्तमृषेर्भार्या समार्चयत् । स युद्धमदसम्मत्तो नाभ्यनन्दत् तथार्चनम्
tam āśramapadaṃ prāptam ṛṣer bhāryā samārcayat | sa yuddhamada-sammatto nābhyanandat tathārcanam ||
അവൻ ആശ്രമത്തിലെത്തിയപ്പോൾ ഋഷിയുടെ ഭാര്യ യഥോചിതമായി അതിഥിസത്കാരം നടത്തി. എന്നാൽ യുദ്ധമദത്തിൽ ഉന്മത്തനായ അവൻ ആ ആദരത്തെ നന്ദിയോടെ സ്വീകരിച്ചില്ല.
