Omens and Reception During Keśava’s Departure
यो वै न कामान्न भयान्न लोभान्नार्थकारणात् | अन्यायमनुवर्तेत स्थिरबुद्धिरलोलुप:
yo vai na kāmān na bhayān na lobhān nārtha-kāraṇāt | anyāyam anuvarteta sthira-buddhir alolupaḥ ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—കാമം, ഭയം, ലോഭം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും സ്വാർത്ഥലാഭം എന്നിവ കാരണം പോലും ഒരിക്കലും അന്യായത്തിന്റെ പാത പിന്തുടരാത്തവൻ, സ്ഥിരബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവൻ, ലോഭരഹിതൻ—അവനാണ് അചഞ്ചലധർമ്മത്തിന്റെ മാതൃക; സമ്മർദ്ദത്താലോ പ്രലോഭനത്താലോ നീതി വിട്ടുമാറുകയില്ല।
