Drupada’s Instruction to the Purohita for the Kaurava Embassy (द्रुपदोपदेशः दूतप्रेषणम्)
पुनरेकत्रकरणं तेषां कर्म भविष्यति । जब मन्त्रियोंमें फूट पड़ जायगी और योद्धा भी विमुख होकर चल देंगे, तब उनका (प्रधान) कार्य होगा--पुनः नूतन सेनाका संग्रह और संगठन
punar ekatra-karaṇaṁ teṣāṁ karma bhaviṣyati |
ദ്രുപദൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“അപ്പോൾ അവരുടെ പ്രധാന ദൗത്യം വീണ്ടും എല്ലാം ഒരിടത്തേക്ക് കൂട്ടിച്ചേർക്കുക—പുനഃ ഐക്യവും പുനഃസംഘടനയും—ആയിരിക്കും. മന്ത്രിമാരിൽ പിളർപ്പ് വീണു, യോദ്ധാക്കളും വിമുഖരായി പിരിഞ്ഞുപോയാൽ, പുതിയ സൈന്യം ശേഖരിച്ചു ക്രമത്തിലാക്കുന്നതാകും അവരുടെ മുഖ്യപ്രവൃത്തി.”
