Udyoga Parva Adhyāya 58 — Saṃjaya’s Audience and Kṛṣṇa’s Deterrent Counsel (संजय-प्रवेशः कृष्णवाक्यं च)
इत्यब्रवीद्धूषीकेश: पार्थमुद्धर्षपयन् गिरा । गर्जन् समयवर्षीव गगने पाकशासन:,जैसे इन्द्र आकाशमें गर्जता हुआ समयपर वर्षा करता है, उसी प्रकार भगवान् श्रीकृष्णने अर्जुनको अपनी वाणीसे आनन्दित करते हुए उपर्युक्त बात कही
ity abravīd dhūṣīkeśaḥ pārtham uddharṣayan girā | garjan samayavarṣīva gagane pākaśāsanaḥ ||
ഇങ്ങനെ ഹൃഷീകേശനായ ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണൻ വാക്കുകളാൽ പാർഥ അർജുനനെ ഉത്സാഹിപ്പിച്ച് പറഞ്ഞു; ആകാശത്തിൽ പാകശാസനനായ ഇന്ദ്രൻ ഗർജിച്ച് കാലോചിതമായി മഴ പെയ്യിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ, അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ വചനവും സമയോചിതമായ ശക്തിയോടെ മുഴങ്ങി।
