Indra and Dharma’s Consolation; Celestial Gaṅgā Purification
नच ते भ्रातरः पार्थ नरकार्हा विशाम्पते । मायैषा देवराजेन महेन्द्रेण प्रयोजिता
na ca te bhrātaraḥ pārtha narakārhā viśāmpate | māyaiṣā devarājena mahendreṇa prayojitā ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ പാർഥാ, പ്രജാനാഥാ! നിന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാർ നരകത്തിൽ വസിക്കാൻ അർഹരല്ല. അവർ നരകയാതന അനുഭവിക്കുന്നതായി നീ കണ്ടത് ദേവരാജ മഹേന്ദ്രൻ (ഇന്ദ്രൻ) പ്രയോഗിച്ച മായ മാത്രമാണ്.
