Indra and Dharma’s Consolation; Celestial Gaṅgā Purification
सोदर्येषु विनष्टेषु द्रौपद्या तत्र भारत । श्वरूपधारिणा तत्र पुनस्त्व॑ मे परीक्षित:
sodaryeṣu vinaṣṭeṣu draupadyā tatra bhārata | śvarūpadhāriṇā tatra punas tvāṃ me parīkṣitaḥ ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ഭാരതാ! അവിടെ ദ്രൗപദിയോടുകൂടെ നിന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാർ നശിച്ച ശേഷം, നായയുടെ രൂപം ധരിച്ചു ഞാൻ രണ്ടാം പ്രാവശ്യം നിന്നെ പരീക്ഷിച്ചു. ആ പരീക്ഷയിലും നീ അചഞ്ചലനായി തെളിഞ്ഞു.
