Yuddha-yajña-vyākhyāna (The Battle as Sacrifice): Ambarīṣa–Indra Saṃvāda
अश्वनागरथैश्वैव संच्छिन्नै: कृतसंक्रमा । पताकाध्वजवानीरा हतवारणवाहिनी
aśvanāgarathaiś caiva saṃchinnaiḥ kṛtasaṅkramā | patākādhvajavānīrā hatavāraṇavāhinī ||
അംബരീഷൻ പറഞ്ഞു—കുതിരകളും ആനകളും രഥങ്ങളും തകർന്നു വെട്ടിക്കീറപ്പെട്ടതോടെ സൈന്യത്തിന്റെ ക്രമബദ്ധമായ കടന്നുകയറ്റങ്ങളും മുന്നേറ്റങ്ങളും തകർന്നു. പതാകകളും ധ്വജങ്ങളും അക്രമമായി കിടന്നു; ഗജവാഹിനി നശിച്ചു.
