राज्ञो वृत्त-गुण-संग्रहः (Conduct and the Thirty-Six Virtues of a King) / The King’s Code of Conduct
इति सर्वान् गुणानेतान् यथोक्तान् यो<नुवर्तते । अनुभूयेह भद्राणि प्रेत्य स्वर्गे महीयते
iti sarvān guṇān etān yathoktān yo 'nuvartate | anubhūyeha bhadrāṇi pretya svarge mahīyate ||
ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഇങ്ങനെ ഉപദേശിച്ചതുപോലെ ഈ എല്ലാ ഗുണങ്ങളും അനുസരിക്കുന്നവൻ ഇഹലോകത്തിൽ തന്നെ മംഗളഫലങ്ങൾ അനുഭവിക്കുകയും, മരണാനന്തരം സ്വർഗത്തിൽ ആദരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു മഹിമ പ്രാപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
