गत्वा55श्रममसम्बुद्धा जमदग्नेर्महात्मन: । अपातयन्त भल्‍्लाग्रै: शिर: कायान्नराधिप

gatvā āśramam asambuddhā jamadagner mahātmanaḥ | apātayanta bhallāgraiḥ śiraḥ kāyān narādhipa ||

നരാധിപാ! അവർ വിവേകരഹിതരായി മഹാത്മാവ് ജമദഗ്നിയുടെ ആശ്രമത്തിലേക്ക് ചെന്നു, മൂർച്ചയുള്ള ഭല്ലങ്ങളുടെ അഗ്രങ്ങളാൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ശിരസ്സിനെ ദേഹത്തിൽ നിന്ന് വേർപ്പെടുത്തി താഴെയിട്ടു।
