Atithi-satkāra and the Consolation of Wise Counsel (अतिथिसत्कारः प्रज्ञानवचनस्य च पराश्वासनम्)

यस्त्वां वेत्ति स मां वेत्ति यस्त्वामनु स मामनु । नावयोरन्तरं किंचिन्मा ते5भूद्‌ बुद्धिरन्यथा

yastvāṁ vetti sa māṁ vetti yastvām anu sa mām anu | nāvayor antaraṁ kiñcin mā te 'bhūd buddhir anyathā ||

നിന്നെ യഥാർത്ഥമായി അറിയുന്നവൻ എന്നെയും അറിയുന്നു; നിന്നെ അനുഗമിക്കുന്നവൻ എന്നെയും അനുഗമിക്കുന്നു. നമ്മൾ തമ്മിൽ യാതൊരു വ്യത്യാസവും ഇല്ല—ഇതിന് വിരുദ്ധമായ ധാരണ നിന്റെ മനസ്സിൽ ഉദിക്കരുത്.
