Nara-Nārāyaṇa–Nārada Discourse on Vision, Elements, and Entry into Vāsudeva
श्रुत्वा चर्षिस्तद् वचनं शुकस्य प्रीतो महात्मा पुनराह चैनम् | भो भो पुत्र स्थीयतां तावदद्य यावच्चक्षु: प्रीणयामि त्वदर्थे
śrutvā cārṣis tad vacanaṃ śukasya prīto mahātmā punar āha cainam | bho bho putra sthīyatāṃ tāvad adya yāvac cakṣuḥ prīṇayāmi tvadarthe ||
ശുകന്റെ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ട് മഹാത്മാവായ വ്യാസൻ അത്യന്തം സന്തോഷിച്ചു വീണ്ടും അവനോട് പറഞ്ഞു—“മകനേ! മകനേ! ഇന്ന് കുറച്ചുനേരം ഇവിടെ തന്നെയിരിക്കുക; നിന്നെ മനസ്സുനിറയെ നോക്കി, നിന്റെ കാരണത്താൽ എന്റെ കണ്ണുകൾ തൃപ്തിപ്പെടട്ടെ.”
