शुकस्य मिथिलागमनम् (Śukasya Mithilāgamanam) — Śuka’s Journey to Mithilā and the Courtly Test

तत: समभवत्‌ सर्वमक्षयाव्ययमत्रणम्‌ । भूतभव्यभविष्याणां स्रष्टारमनघं तथा,तदनन्तर हास और वृद्धिसे रहित, अविनाशी और निर्विकार, सर्वस्वरूप परब्रह्म ही शेष रह जाता है। उसीने भूत, भविष्य और वर्तमानकी सृष्टि करनेवाले निष्पाप ब्रह्माकी भी सृष्टि की है

tataḥ samabhavat sarvam akṣayāvyayam atraṇam | bhūtabhavyabhaviṣyāṇāṁ sraṣṭāram anaghaṁ tathā ||

അതിനുശേഷം സർവ്വസ്വരൂപനും ക്ഷയരഹിതനും അവ്യയനും നിർവികാരനുമായ പരബ്രഹ്മം മാത്രമേ ശേഷിച്ചുള്ളൂ; അതേ സത്യത്തിൽ നിന്നുതന്നെ ഭൂത-വർത്തമാന-ഭാവി ജീവസൃഷ്ടിയെ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന നിർപാപനായ ബ്രഹ്മാവും ഉദ്ഭവിച്ചു.

The ultimate Reality (Brahman) is changeless, imperishable, and all-inclusive; even the cosmic creator (Brahmā) and the entire flow of time—past, present, and future—depend upon and arise from that Supreme ground.

Yājñavalkya is describing the cosmological hierarchy: after dissolution or beyond manifest change, the Supreme Brahman alone remains, and from it arises Brahmā, who then functions as the creator of beings across time.
