उपपच्त्योपलब्धेषु लोकेषु च समो भव,'दैवेच्छासे जो भी लौकिक पदार्थ उपलब्ध हों, उनमें समान भाव रखो--राग-द्वेष न करो'

Transliteration

upapratyopalabdheṣu lokeṣu ca samo bhava

Translation

ദൈവവും സാഹചര്യവും കൊണ്ടു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ലോകസ്ഥിതികളിലും സമ്പത്തിലും സമഭാവം പുലർത്തുക. രാഗ-ദ്വേഷങ്ങളിൽ വീഴരുത്; വന്നതിനെ ഉള്ളിൽ കലങ്ങാതെ സ്വീകരിച്ച് ധർമ്മത്തിൽ സ്ഥിരനായി നിൽക്കുക.
