Kapila and Syūmaraśmi on Renunciation, Householder Support, and Epistemic Authority
नाहं परेषां कृत्यानि प्रशंसामि न गर्हये । आकाशस्येव विप्रेन्द्र पश्यँललोकस्य चित्रताम्
nāhaṁ pareṣāṁ kṛtyāni praśaṁsāmi na garhaye | ākāśasyeva viprendra paśyaṁl lokasya citratām ||
ഞാൻ മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെ പ്രശംസിക്കുകയുമില്ല, നിന്ദിക്കുകയുമില്ല. ഹേ ബ്രാഹ്മണശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! ആകാശംപോലെ അസംഗനായി നിന്നുകൊണ്ട് ലോകത്തിലെ പ്രവൃത്തികളുടെ വിചിത്ര വൈവിധ്യം മാത്രം ഞാൻ ദർശിക്കുന്നു.
