निर्वेदोपदेशः (Nirveda-Upadeśa) — Maṅki’s Dispassion and the Limits of Wealth-Seeking

इतस्त्रियोजनं गत्वा राक्षसाधिपतिर्महान्‌ | विरूपाक्ष इति ख्यात: सखा मम महाबल:

itastriyojanaṃ gatvā rākṣasādhipatir mahān | virūpākṣa iti khyātaḥ sakhā mama mahābalaḥ ||

ഭീഷ്മൻ പറഞ്ഞു— “ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് മൂന്ന് യോജന ദൂരം ചെന്നാൽ രാക്ഷസന്മാരുടെ മഹാധിപതി ഒരാൾ ഉണ്ട്; ‘വിരൂപാക്ഷ’ എന്ന പേരിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധൻ—അവൻ എന്റെ മഹാബലവാൻ സുഹൃത്ത്.”
