मातापितृगुरुपूजा-प्रशंसा
Praise of Venerating Mother, Father, and Teacher
तस्मात् पूजयितव्याश्व संविभज्याश्न यत्नतः । गुरवो<र्चयितव्याश्व पुराणं धर्ममिच्छता,अतः जो पुरातन धर्मका फल पाना चाहते हैं, उन्हें चाहिये कि वे गुरुओंकी पूजा-अर्चा करें और प्रयत्नपूर्वक उन्हें आवश्यक वस्तुएँ लाकर दें
tasmāt pūjayitavyāś ca saṁvibhajyāśnīyād yatnataḥ | guravo 'rcayitavyāś ca purāṇaṁ dharmam icchatā ||
അതുകൊണ്ട് പരിശ്രമത്തോടെ ഗുരുക്കന്മാരെ പൂജിക്കണം; കൈവശമുള്ളത് പങ്കുവെച്ച് (ഗുരുവിന് അർപ്പിച്ച്) പിന്നെ സൂക്ഷ്മതയോടെ ആഹാരം കഴിക്കണം. പുരാതന ധർമ്മത്തിന്റെ ഫലം ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവൻ ഗുരുവിനെ അർച്ചിച്ച്, ആവശ്യമായ വസ്തുക്കൾ എത്തിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കണം.
