यदैवैकेन शक्येत गुह्ां कर्तु तदाचरेत् यच्छन्ति सचिवा गुह्मां मिथो विश्रावयन्त्यपि,राजा अकेला ही जिस गुप्त कार्यको कर सके, उसे अवश्य कर डाले; क्योंकि मन्त्रीलोग कभी-कभी गुप्त विषयको प्रकाशित कर देते हैं और नहीं तो आपसमें ही एक- दूसरेको सुना देते हैं
Translation
രാജാവിന് ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്ന രഹസ്യകാര്യങ്ങൾ അവൻ നിർബന്ധമായി ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് തന്നെ ചെയ്യണം; കാരണം മന്ത്രിമാർ ചിലപ്പോൾ രഹസ്യം പുറത്തുവിടുകയോ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തമ്മിൽ തമ്മിൽ പറഞ്ഞുപോകുകയോ ചെയ്യും।
