स च क्रोधसमाविष्ट: पाणौ पा्णिं निपीड्य च

sa ca krodhasamāviṣṭaḥ pāṇau pāṇiṁ nipīḍya ca

അവൻ ക്രോധാവേശത്തിൽ, ഒരു കൈ മറ്റേ കൈയിൽ ശക്തിയായി ഞെരിച്ചു—യുദ്ധത്തിന്റെ ധർമ്മസങ്കടത്തിനിടയിൽ ഉള്ളിലെ കലക്കവും ദൃഢനിശ്ചയവും പുറത്ത് തെളിയിച്ച അടയാളമായി.
