अध्याय ४ — दुर्योधनस्य असंधि-निश्चयः
Duryodhana’s Refusal of Reconciliation
उह्ममानांश्व॒ कृष्णेन वायुनेव बलाहका: । जाम्बूनदविचित्राज्ा वहन्ते चार्जुनं रणे,'जैसे वायुकी प्रेरणासे बादल उड़ते फिरते हैं, वैसे ही भगवान् श्रीकृष्णद्वारा हाँके जाते हुए घोड़े, जो सुनहरे साजोंसे सजे होनेके कारण अंगोंमें विचित्र शोभा धारण करते हैं, रणभूमिमें अर्जुनकी सवारी ढोते हैं
ūhmamānāṁś ca kṛṣṇena vāyunā iva balāhakāḥ | jāmbūnada-vicitrāś ca vahante cārjunaṁ raṇe ||
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—കാറ്റ് തള്ളിക്കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന മേഘങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ, കൃഷ്ണൻ ഓടിച്ച ആ കുതിരകൾ—ജാംബൂനദ സ്വർണ്ണാഭരണങ്ങളാൽ വിചിത്രമായി ദീപ്തമായ അവയവങ്ങളോടെ—രണത്തിൽ അർജുനനെ വഹിച്ചു പാഞ്ഞുപോയി.
