सतु वत्रे वरं देवांस्त्रातुमहथ मामित:
sa tu vatre varaṁ devāṁs trātum arhatha mām itaḥ
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പോൾ, ഹേ ദേവശ്രേഷ്ഠന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് രക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.” അപകടവും ധാർമ്മിക സമ്മർദ്ദവും നിറഞ്ഞ വേളയിൽ, മനുഷ്യബലവും ലോകസഹായങ്ങളും അപര്യാപ്തമാകുമ്പോൾ വക്താവ് ദൈവരക്ഷയെ അഭയം തേടുന്നു।
