स समासाद्य राजान क्षेमधूर्ति महाबलम् । सप्तभिर्निशितैर्बाणैरनयद् यमसादनम्,उन्होंने आते ही महाबली राजा क्षेमधूर्तिको सात पैने बाणोंसे मारकर यमलोक पहुँचा दिया
sa samāsādya rājānaṁ kṣemadhūrtiṁ mahābalam | saptabhir niśitair bāṇair anayad yamasādanam ||
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അവൻ അടുത്തെത്തി മഹാബലവാനായ രാജാവ് ക്ഷേമധൂർത്തിയെ ഏഴ് മൂർച്ചയുള്ള അമ്പുകളാൽ കുത്തി യമസദനത്തിലേക്ക് അയച്ചു. യുദ്ധത്തിന്റെ നിർദയ ഗതിയിൽ रणഭൂമിയിലേ തന്നെ അവന്റെ ജീവൻ അവസാനിച്ചു।
