Śālva’s Elephant Assault and the Counterstroke (शाल्वस्य नागारूढाभ्यवहारः)

अद्य ज्ञास्यति भीमस्य बल॑ घोर महात्मन: । हते दुर्योधने युद्धे शक्रेणेवासुरे बले,'जैसे इन्द्रने असुरोंकी सेनाका संहार किया था, उसी प्रकार युद्धमें भीमसेनके हाथसे दुर्योधनके मारे जानेपर आज धृतराष्ट्रको यह ज्ञात हो जायगा कि “महामनस्वी भीमका बल कैसा भयंकर है!”
Translation
ഇന്ന് ധൃതരാഷ്ട്രൻ അറിയും—മഹാത്മാവായ ഭീമന്റെ ബലം എത്ര ഭീകരമാണെന്ന്; ശക്രൻ (ഇന്ദ്രൻ) അസുരസൈന്യത്തെ സംഹരിച്ചതുപോലെ, യുദ്ധത്തിൽ ഭീമസേനന്റെ കൈയ്യാൽ ദുര്യോധനൻ ഹതനായപ്പോൾ.
