सहदेवस्तु समरे मातुल॑ भूरिवर्चसम्‌ | सज्यमन्यद्‌ धनु: कृत्वा पजचभि: समताडयत्‌

sahadevas tu samare mātulaṁ bhūrivarcasam | sajyam anyad dhanuḥ kṛtvā pañcabhiḥ samatāḍayat ||

സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—സമരത്തിൽ സഹദേവൻ തന്റെ മാതുലനായ ഭൂരിവർചസ്സുള്ള ശല്യനെ നേരിട്ടു. മറ്റൊരു ധനുസ്സ് കെട്ടി, അഞ്ചു അമ്പുകളാൽ അവനെ പ്രഹരിച്ചു.
