विस्तीर्णा योजनशतं शतमध्यर्धमायता । वैहायसी कामगमा पञ्चयोजनमुच्छिता,उसकी लंबाई डेढ़ सौ और चौड़ाई सौ योजनकी है। वह आकाशगमें विचरनेवाली और इच्छाके अनुसार तीव्र या मन्द गतिसे चलनेवाली है। उसकी ऊँचाई भी पाँच योजनकी है

Transliteration

vistīrṇā yojanaśataṁ śatam-adhyardham āyatā | vaihāyasī kāmagamā pañcayojanam ucchritā ||

Translation

അതിന്റെ വീതി നൂറ് യോജനയും നീളം നൂറ്റിയമ്പത് യോജനയും ആണ്. അത് ആകാശമാർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നു; യാത്രക്കാരന്റെ ഇച്ഛപ്രകാരം വേഗത്തിലോ മന്ദഗതിയിലോ നീങ്ങുന്നു. അതിന്റെ ഉയരം അഞ്ചു യോജനയാണ്.
