कच्चिदर्थेषु सम्प्रौढान् हितकामाननुप्रियान् । नापकर्षसि कर्मभ्य: पूर्वमप्राप्प किल्बिषम्,किन्हीं कार्योमें नियुक्त किये हुए प्रौढ़, हितैषी एवं प्रिय कर्मचारियोंको पहले उनके किसी अपराधको जाँच किये बिना तुम कामसे अलग तो नहीं कर देते हो?
kaccid artheṣu samprauḍhān hitakāmān anupriyān | nāpakarṣasi karmabhyaḥ pūrvam aprāpya kilbiṣam ||
നാരദൻ ചോദിച്ചു—രാജ്യവും ധനകാര്യങ്ങളും സംബന്ധിച്ച കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ നിയോഗിക്കപ്പെട്ട പ്രൗഢരും പരിചയസമ്പന്നരുമായ, ഹിതൈഷികളും നിനക്കു പ്രിയരുമായ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ, അവരുടെ കുറ്റം ആദ്യം ഉറപ്പാക്കാതെ നീ ചുമതലയിൽ നിന്ന് നീക്കുകയില്ലല്ലോ?
