न क्वचिद्धि मया तादूग दृष्टपूर्वो न च श्रुत: । यादृग् धनागमो यज्ञे पाण्डुपुत्रस्य धीमत:,बुद्धिमान् पाण्डुकुमार युधिष्ठिरके यज्ञमें धनकी जैसी प्राप्ति हुई है, वैसी मैंने पहले कहीं न तो देखी है और न सुनी ही है
na kvacid dhi mayā tādṛg dṛṣṭapūrvo na ca śrutaḥ | yādṛg dhanāgamo yajñe pāṇḍuputrasya dhīmataḥ ||
ബുദ്ധിമാനായ പാണ്ഡുപുത്രൻ യുധിഷ്ഠിരന്റെ യാഗത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായ ധനപ്രവാഹം പോലെയുള്ളത് ഞാൻ മുമ്പെവിടെയും കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല; കേട്ടിട്ടുമില്ല.
