Adhyāya 33: Antarvedī-Samāgama, Arghya-Nirṇaya, and Śiśupāla’s Objection
सुहृदश्चैव ये सर्वे पूृथक् च सह चाब्रुवन् | यज्ञकालस्तव विभो क्रियतामत्र साम्प्रतम्,उनके जितने हितैषी सुहृद् थे, वे सभी अलग-अलग और एक साथ यही कहने लगे --'प्रभो! यह आपके यज्ञ करनेका उपयुक्त समय आया है; अत: अब उसका आरम्भ कीजिये”
suhṛdaś caiva ye sarve pṛthak ca saha cābruvan | yajñakālas tava vibho kriyatām atra sāmpratam ||
അവന്റെ എല്ലാ ഹിതൈഷികളായ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളും—ചിലർ വേറേവേറെയും ചിലർ ഒരുമിച്ചും—ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞു: “വിഭോ! നിങ്ങളുടെ യജ്ഞത്തിന് യോജിച്ച കാലം എത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു; അതിനാൽ ഇപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ഇവിടെ അത് ആരംഭിക്കണം।”
