Adhyāya 33: Antarvedī-Samāgama, Arghya-Nirṇaya, and Śiśupāla’s Objection
यजस्वाभीप्सितं यज्ञ मयि श्रेयस्यवस्थिते । नियुद्धक्ष्व त्वं च मां कृत्ये सर्व कर्तास्मि ते वच:,आप अपने इस अभीष्ट यज्ञको प्रारम्भ कीजिये। मैं आपका कल्याण करनेके लिये सदा उद्यत हूँ। मुझे आवश्यक कार्यमें लगाइये, मैं आपकी सब आज्ञाओंका पालन करूँगा”
yajasvābhīpsitaṃ yajñaṃ mayi śreyasy avasthite | niyuddhakṣva tvaṃ ca māṃ kṛtye sarvaṃ kartāsmi te vacaḥ ||
“നിനക്കഭീഷ്ടമായ യാഗം ആരംഭിക്കൂ; നിന്റെ ശ്രേയസ്സിനായി ഞാൻ എപ്പോഴും സന്നദ്ധനാണ്. ആവശ്യമായ ഏത് കർത്തവ്യമുണ്ടോ അതിൽ എന്നെ നിയോഗിക്കൂ—നിന്റെ എല്ലാ ആജ്ഞകളും ഞാൻ നിർവഹിക്കും.”
