Adhyāya 32: Rājasūya-Dīkṣā and Appointment of Court Offices (राजसूयदीक्षा तथा अधिकारविनियोगः)
करभाणां सहस्राणि कोशं तस्य महात्मन: । ऊहुर्दश महाराज कृच्छादिव महाधनम्,महाराज! उन महामना नकुलके बहुमूल्य खजानेका बोझ दस हजार हाथी बड़ी कठिनाईसे ढो रहे थे
karabhāṇāṁ sahasrāṇi kośaṁ tasya mahātmanaḥ | ūhur daśa mahārāja kṛcchrād iva mahādhanam ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു— മഹാരാജാവേ! ആ മഹാത്മാവായ നകുലന്റെ ഖജനാവ് ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് ഒട്ടകങ്ങൾ വഹിച്ചു; പത്തായിരം ആനകൾ പോലും അത്യന്തം പ്രയാസത്തോടെ ആ അപാര ധനഭാരം ചുമക്കുന്നതുപോലെ തോന്നി.
