नन्दीश्वरश्न भगवान् महाकालस्तथैव च । शड्कुकर्णमुखा: सर्वे दिव्या: पारिषदास्तथा,भगवान् नन्दीश्वर, महाकाल तथा शंकुकर्ण आदि भगवान् शिवके सभी दिव्य-पार्षद काष्ठ, कुटीमुख, दन्ती, तपस्वी विजय तथा गर्जनशील महाबली श्वेत वृषभ वहाँ उपस्थित रहते हैं
nandīśvaraś ca bhagavān mahākālas tathaiva ca | śaṅkukarṇamukhāḥ sarve divyāḥ pāriṣadās tathā ||
നാരദൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അവിടെ ഭഗവാൻ നന്ദീശ്വരനും മഹാകാലനും ഉണ്ട്; ശങ്കുകർണ്ണൻ മുതലായ എല്ലാ ദിവ്യ പാര്ഷദന്മാരും അവിടെ സന്നിഹിതരാണ്।
