कर्णेन सैन्यस्थापनं तथा नानायुद्धसमवायः

न च केन च धर्मेण विरुध्यन्ते प्रजा इमा: । सर्व हि तेडब्रुवन् धर्म यदुक्त वेदपारगै:,“इन सब देशोंके लोग किसी भी निमित्तसे धर्मके विरुद्ध नहीं जाते। वेदोंके पारगामी विद्वानोंने जैसा बताया है, उसी रूपमें वे लोग सम्पूर्ण धर्मको मानते और बतलाते हैं
na ca kena ca dharmeṇa virudhyante prajā imāḥ | sarvaṃ hi te ’bruvan dharmaṃ yad uktaṃ vedapāragaiḥ ||
ഈ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലെ ജനങ്ങൾ യാതൊരു കാരണത്താലും ധർമ്മത്തിന് വിരുദ്ധമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നില്ല. വേദപാരംഗതന്മാർ പ്രസ്താവിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നെയാണ് അവർ സമ്പൂർണ്ണ ധർമ്മം അംഗീകരിക്കുകയും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നത്.
