एको ह्ा[रक्षद् भरतानेको भवमतोषयत् | तेनैकेन जिता: सर्वे महीपा हुग्रतेजसा
eko hy arakṣad bharatān eko bhavam atoṣayat | tenaikena jitāḥ sarve mahīpā ugratejasā ||
ധൃതരാഷ്ട്രൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അവൻ ഒരുത്തൻ മാത്രം ഭാരതന്മാരെ രക്ഷിച്ചു; ഒരുത്തൻ മാത്രം ഭവനെ (മഹാദേവനെ) സന്തോഷിപ്പിച്ചു; ആ ഒരുത്തൻ ഉഗ്രതേജസ്സുള്ള വീരൻ എല്ലാ രാജാക്കളെയും പരാജയപ്പെടുത്തി.
