अजुन उवाच
A publicly declared vow by a righteous warrior carries ethical force: it binds the speaker to action and simultaneously galvanizes the community to uphold duty (kṣatriya-dharma) in a crisis.
Immediately after the great-souled hero (contextually Arjuna) makes a pledge, the Pandava camp erupts with the sounds of drums and other instruments and with loud lion-like battle-cries, signaling collective approval and readiness for the coming action.
