Droṇasya raudra-prayogaḥ
Droṇa’s intensified assault and the Pāṇḍava response
संजय उवाच स एवमभ्यनुज्ञातश्षक्रे सेनापतिं ततः । द्रोणं तव सुतो राजन् विधिदृष्टेन कर्मणा
sañjaya uvāca sa evam abhyanujñātaḥ śakre senāpatim tataḥ | droṇaṃ tava suto rājan vidhidṛṣṭena karmaṇā ||
സഞ്ജയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—രാജാവേ! ഇങ്ങനെ (ദ്രോണാചാര്യന്റെ) സമ്മതം ലഭിച്ചതിനുശേഷം, നിങ്ങളുടെ പുത്രൻ ശാസ്ത്രവിധിപ്രകാരം ദ്രോണനെ സേനാപതി പദവിയിൽ അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്തു.
