अत्र कार्य समाधत्स्व प्राप्तकालमरिंदम । स्थाने वा गमने वापि दूरं यातश्न सात्यकि:
sañjaya uvāca |
atra kāryaṃ samādhatsva prāptakālam ariṃdama |
sthāne vā gamane vāpi dūraṃ yātaḥ sa sātyakiḥ ||
“ശത്രുദമനേ! ഈ നിമിഷം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന കര്ത്തവ്യത്തിൽ മനസ്സുറപ്പിക്കൂ. ഇവിടെ തന്നെ നില്ക്കണമോ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മറ്റിടത്തേക്ക് നീങ്ങണമോ—തീരുമാനിക്കൂ; കാരണം സാത്യകി വളരെ ദൂരെ പോയിരിക്കുന്നു.”
