धृतराष्ट्र-संजय-संवादः — सात्यकि-अलम्बुसयोर्युद्धवर्णनम्

त॑ तथाद्भुतकर्माणं शरसम्पातवर्षिणम् | न केचनाभ्यधावन् वै सात्यकिं तव सैनिका:,इस प्रकार बाणधाराकी वर्षा करनेवाले उस अद्भुत पराक्रमी सात्यकिके सामने जानेका साहस आपके कोई सैनिक न कर सके
taṁ tathādbhuta-karmāṇaṁ śara-sampāta-varṣiṇam | na kecanābhyadhāvan vai sātyakiṁ tava sainikāḥ ||
അദ്ഭുതകർമ്മം ചെയ്യുന്നവനും ശരവർഷം പെയ്യിക്കുന്നവനുമായ ആ സാത്യകിയെ നേരിട്ട് പാഞ്ഞുകയറാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ സൈനികരിൽ ആരും ധൈര്യപ്പെട്ടില്ല.
