प्रासानुत्कृत्य तरसा स्वशरीरादरिंदम: । तैरेव ताडयामास सुबलस्यात्मजान् रणे,शत्रुओंका दमन करनेवाले इरावानने अपने शरीरसे वेगपूर्वक प्रासोंको निकालकर उन्हींके द्वारा रणभूमिमें सुबलपुत्रोंपर प्रहार किया
prāsān utkṛtya tarasā svaśarīrād arindamaḥ | tair eva tāḍayāmāsa subalasya ātmajān raṇe ||
ശത്രുദമനായ ഇരാവാൻ തന്റെ ശരീരത്തിൽ കുത്തിയിരുന്ന കുന്തങ്ങൾ വേഗത്തിൽ പിഴുതെടുത്ത്, അതേ കുന്തങ്ങളാൽ തന്നെ യുദ്ധഭൂമിയിൽ സുബലന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെ പ്രഹരിച്ചു।
