Transliteration
tataḥ senāpatiḥ kruddho bhīṣmaṃ bahubhir āyasaiḥ
Translation
അപ്പോൾ സേനാപതി ക്രോധത്തിൽ ജ്വലിച്ച്, അനേകം ഇരുമ്പായുധങ്ങളാൽ ഭീഷ്മനെ ആക്രമിച്ചു—യുദ്ധത്തിന്റെ ഉഗ്രതയിൽ വ്യക്തിഗത കോപം പോലും ഹിംസയെ വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ.
