आगमिष्यन्ति राजान: सर्वे वै कौरवर्षभ | प्राप्तानां महतां पूजा कार्या होतत् क्षमं हि न:,“(अर्जुन कहते हैं--) “कौरवश्रेष्ठ! अश्वमेधयज्ञमें प्रायः सभी राजा पधारेंगे। जो आ जायँ उन सबको महान् मानकर उन सबका पूर्ण सत्कार करना चाहिये। यही हमारे योग्य कार्य है
Translation
(അർജുനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—) ‘കൗരവശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! അശ്വമേധയജ്ഞത്തിലേക്ക് പ്രായംപോലെ എല്ലാ രാജാക്കളും വരും. വന്നവരെ മഹത്തന്മാരെന്നു കരുതി പൂർണ്ണമായ പൂജയും സൽക്കാരവും ചെയ്യണം; അതാണ് നമുക്ക് യുക്തമായ കര്ത്തവ്യം.’
