Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa

Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results

अन्रैवात्रेति च विभो जातमत्रिं वदन्त्यपि | तथा भस्मव्यपोहेभ्यो ब्रह्मर्षिगणसम्मता:

anraivātreti ca vibho jātam atriṁ vadanty api | tathā bhasmavyapohebhyo brahmarṣigaṇasammatāḥ |

വിഭോ! ആ കുശക്കൂട്ടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുതന്നെ മറ്റൊരു ബ്രഹ്മർഷി ജനിച്ചു; ജനങ്ങൾ അവനെ ‘അത്രി’ എന്നും പറയുന്നു. അതുപോലെ, ചാലിച്ചെടുത്ത ഭസ്മക്കൂമ്പാരങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് ബ്രഹ്മർഷിഗണങ്ങൾ ആദരിക്കുന്ന വൈഖാനസർ ഉദ്ഭവിച്ചു.
